NEW! Starting June 8 Online Group Exercise classes will begin a 6 week mini session.  Six dedicated instructors will take you on a fitness journey.  The same great classes you have enjoyed will continue to be offered. 

Mondays @ 9:00am Gentle Flow Yoga with Peter
Tuesdays @ 8:00am Small Group Personal Training with Laurel
Tuesdays @ 9:00am Yoga Stretch and Strength with Lisa
Tuesdays @ 10:00am Pilates with Lori
Wednesdays @ 9:00am Gentle Pilates with Ellen
Thursdays @ 8:00am Small Group Personal Training with Laurel
Thursdays @ 9:00am Basic Pilates with Lori
Fridays @ 7:00am Barre with Lori
Fridays @ 9:00am Gentle Flow Yoga with Peter
Saturdays @ 8:00am Total Body Workout with Mary

Sufficient enrollment is required for the class to run.  Deadline to sign up is 6:00am the day of the first class.  Any class that does not meet enrollment minimums will be cancelled and refunds provided.

The classes will be offered through the Zoom platform. Once you have registered for the class with your MyRec account, a receipt will be emailed to you with a link to the Zoom class on the day and time.
 
Guidelines for classes:


  1. Dress as if you were attending an in-person class
  2. Mute your sound to defend background issues
  3. Inappropriate behavior and/or language will not be tolerated
  4. Enjoy the social experience!

 
It is important to note that we are operating on the Zoom platform and it is an unsecure platform.  While we do not anticipate any issues we ask that you please be aware and ask that you immediately report if there are any issues.
